With this knowledge and having firsthand faced the crusades required by entrepreneurs, New Life Construction & Property Management LLC. (“NLCPM”), commonly referred to as New Life, was born. NLCPM a locally-based, minority-owned business, was created to shift the paradigm for local enterprises.

NLCPM focuses on building, redeveloping and managing distinctive residential and commercial properties in the U.S’s best markets; delivering risk-adjusted returns to its clients.

In 2022 alone, NLCPM and its partners created, assisted, and produced:

  • Over 35 local minority trade businesses;

  • Completed over 60,000 sq./ft. of residential space and 18,000 sq./ft. of commercial space;
